What is Permanent Jewelry?

It is jewelry that is custom fit and is welded on to your wrist, neck, ankle, finger or toe.  There is no clasp and will be permanently on your body until you decide to cut it off.

How long does the process take?

After you select your chain, you can expect the process to take around 10-15 minutes.

What are they made of?

All our chains are 14k gold fill, solid sterling silver, and solid gold! There are also charms available also in gold fill, sterling silver, solid gold, and white gold.

What does your pricing look like?

Pricing ranges depending on where you are placing the jewelry. Bracelets start at $65 and go up depending on your options. Price does not include sales tax. * ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the chain has been cut.

How do I get one? 

You can join us at one of our pop-ups, book a private party, or schedule an appointment with us at our new location in Spearfish! All of our pop ups are announced through our Instagram and here on our website. Can I wear my jewelry through airport security? 

Yes, you can wear your Permanent Jewelry through airport security.  The only instance that you may need to remove it is for an MRI scan or for a surgery. Always consult with your doctor and let them know you have them.

What if I need to take off my chain?

If you need to remove your chain, please cut it at the jump ring (where we welded it on) with a small scissor, wire cutter, or even a nail clipper can sometimes work. Be sure to save your chain in case you want it back on at a later time! As always, contact us if you need help.

How do I clean them if they look dull?

If you do need to tidy them up, wash with lukewarm water and mild soap (like Dove or Dawn original). I suggest using a toothbrush to scrub to get in the nooks and crannies where lotions, sunscreens, and dirt hide. Be sure to rinse again with lukewarm water. Dry well after. We sell a Clean & Care Kit for $4.44 that includes instructions, a mini toothbrush, and a microfiber cleaning cloth.

• TarnX from Amazon is a great alternative for when you need a deeper cleaning, have hard water, or special instances.

How old do you need to be? 

With parental consent, we will weld anyone over the age of 6 years old. We can also not weld it and would just be held with a jump ring.  Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring my own chain?

 No, we only weld the chains that we sell.

If you have permanent jewelry from another business, there is a $20 weld / fix fee.

What if it comes off? 

We have a 72 hour guarantee for the weld.  If your Permanent Jewelry breaks at the weld spot within that 72 hours, then we will reweld at no charge.  If it breaks after that window, you get one complimentary weld. After that time it will be a $10 reweld fee. If your chain breaks at any other spot or gets stretched out too much, it will require an assessment for repair, may not be fixable, and may require a full new chain. We do our best to repair with the best of our abilities. Please always send us a photo so we can determine the best course of action.

What if my jewelry stretches?

If your jewelry stretches or you want to resize it, we offer 1 complimentary resize, then after it is $10. Know that anklets do stretch and after about the first year it will need an adjustment. After that, it should be good with no further stretching.

My jewelry broke, now what?

This is dainty & durable, but not indestructible. The longevity of the jewelry is directly influenced by care and lifestyle. If caught, snagged, or broken, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or discounts for lost jewelry. * We do provide 1 complimentary repair * All sales are final once the chain has been cut.

We also will fix non-Saldare permanent jewelry for $20 dependent on approval of a Saldare linker. Some cases we cannot help due to the jewelry, chain, or state of the jewelry.

What if I change my mind? 

Once you confirm that the sizing is correct and we cut the chain, it is final sale.
